A good website is that in which users find easily what they look for or the one which finishes efficiently the planned action. It must have a well structured and organized structure.

The best way of creating a usable website is following a user centered design opposed to the technology or originality centered ones.

Interaction Design defines the possible actions of people who will be using the website and the System's reactions after those actions. The interaction between a website and the user takes the form of an interface.

User experience is, therefore, the user's sensations, feelings, emotional response, valoration and satisfaction towards a website, as a result of the interaction with it and, therefore, with its provider.

What do we take into account?

Our user experience evaluation service analyzes the Information Architecture and Interaction Design of a website and its Usability. There are several levels of analysis and evaluation depending on customer's needs.

How do we measure it?

Our analysis and evaluation methodology includes several techniques to be used depending on the detail level our customer requires. Thus, our techniques include from Card Sorting to get the blueprint to Wireframe prototyping.

For the Usability evaluation we provide from expert reviews (heuristic evaluation) to User Testing with specific users based on the results obtained from Personas and Scenarios technique or low level ones like Log Analysis.
