As its definition says, Ergonomics is the study of technological data applied to adaptation problems between man and machine.
In this sense, in ESI-Tecnalia we have defined Digital Ergonomics as the study of the technological problems we face when interacting with Digital Information Systems, such as a website.
Therefore, in order to reduce to a minimum the problems related to using low quality web interfaces, we have identified several factos which ensure quality in Information Systems, and thus, provide satisfaction to people while using the Internet.
